History

The Foundation of the Quality Compendium was the 2008-2011 Quality Rating Systems (QRS) Assessment Project. This project was funded by The Office of Planning, Research and Evaluation (OPRE) in the Administration for Children and Families, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Mathematica Policy Research led the QRS Assessment Project and oversaw the development of the first 2010 QRS Compendium through a sub-contract with Child Trends.
